The apartment is mostly on the first floor level and sleeps seven people in three bedrooms - one ground floor super king-size double with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC, one super king-size double and one double bedroom. There is also a first floor conservatory sitting room with double sofa bed. Guests have a bathroom with bath, hand held shower attachment, basin and WC, and there is also a separate first floor basin and WC. There is also a fitted kitchen with small dining area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, along with a shared garden with lawns, views of the Brendon Hills and furniture. With the amenities of Watchet and the coast under a mile away, The Well House Cottage makes a great base for a coastal break in Somerset.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TVs with Sky, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with furniture with views of the Brendon and Quantock Hills and Exmoor. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 12 mins walk. Note: No children under 10 years old. |
